Nephew of music composer Anu Mallik and a very popular musician Amaal Mallik has taken on his Facebook to share his views on the award shows and nominations. Although Amaal was nominated for two of his movies Baaghi and Kapoor and Sons this year he felt he was ashamed to be nominated for Baaghi.

Amaal who is up for the Best Music Album at the 62nd Jio Film fare Awards requested the jury members from these awards shows to designate individuals according to their ability and their group of work, else they will make a “joke of our film industry”.

He likewise remarked on presentation performer grants.

Amaal Mallik added fearlessly that “so clever and amazing that you make a special effort and give a star child all the newcomer grants for the best presentation, for an execution nobody even observed though  Diljit Dosanjh who merited that honor for ‘Udta Punjab’ has no place in nominations forget an award.!”

He even scrutinized the jury’s choice to designate Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for her demonstration in the widely praised film “Sarbjit”, which saw Randeep Hooda assuming the title part.

“‘Sarabjit’ had Randeep Hooda nearly executed himself to bones, and play that character, and you choose just Aishwarya Rai Bachchan!”

Without taking names of any honors and expressing gratitude toward for selections, he composed on Facebook on Friday: “I am embarrassed to be nominated for ‘Baaghi’, and I know my producers and makers may despise me for making this comment, yet it was a pitifully normal collection. I’m not crying about myself here, I ought to be glad I have two selections wherever this year yet yes, it’s entertaining!

“Kindly do a review and you will know just Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Dangal, Sultan, Kapoor and Sons, Baar Baar Dekho, Airlift and Sanam Re till a point are the collections that people, in general, has cherished.”

He additionally inquired as to why Neeraj Pandey was not named for the Dhoni biopic or Raja Menon for Airlift.

“An assignment is an affirmation of good work, well that is the thing that I know, yet we are neglecting the commitment individuals have made to the year with their great music and great movies, and incredible exhibitions. What happened to “Aligarh” and “Airlift” as movies, Manoj Bajpayee was mind boggling as was Akshay Kumar,” said the brother of Armaan Mallik.

“By not appreciating someones’ work we are showing a sign of lack of regard to that person.”
